The purpose of this website is to allow those who are interested, to get an understanding of what I am all about in regards to my education, sports and work. It is going to be used as a gateway to what I do on a regular basis with constant updates. These updates will be in the form of videos, web posts and articles all describing what I am doing in my coaching, schooling and athletic career. This website will also allow for potential employers of all different fields to get an understanding of my background in order to better understand me. I will also be using this website as a library for all my articles that I write. These articles will have to do with anything sport related and will be updated often. These articles are not all scientifically valid due to the fact I will be throwing a lot of my own ideas into the articles. The conclusions you may receive from the articles should be used at your own discretion
