Canada Kicks Butt At Olympics 2012

I hope all of you trampoline fans were watching the olympics on August 3rd and 4rth. Canada  sent Jason Burnett, Rosie Maclennan and Karen Cockburn to represent Canada at the 2012 Olympics. All of the athletes had great preliminary routines and solidified a spot in finals. Unfortunately Jason caught an unlucky bounce and fell doing a very hard routine compared to the other athletes. I have seen him do that routine many times and know that given another chance he would have placed much better. Karen looked very solid as well and showed off her form that is unmatched in trampoline. She solidified a 4th place finish  with a slightly shaky routine. Rosie managed to do the best routines I have ever seen her do and got Canada's first gold medal of the 2012 olympics. It truly was a great routine and I am very happy she went big and took the chance. If  athletes do not keep pushing their skills the sport will get boring. Congrats again you guys and do not let yourself slow down with the olympics being over. Continue to train hard and destroy the competition, only after a nice little well deserved break.
